API Update:
Candidates-GET
The request for Candidates- GET API call has been updated to return location/location group parameter to the existing endpoint.
-
New parameters are optional - not passing a value for location or location groups will function the same.
- If location and location groups are selected parameters, return results for both.
Please note that this should not impact existing integrations using this call.
For more information or to try the call for yourself, please visit our Developer Portal at https://developer.clickboarding.com/.
Candidate SSO Identifier Update
The SSO Identifier value can be added during the candidate creation flow [Home -> Candidate List -> Add Candidate] as well as updated from the View Candidate page [Home -> Candidate List -> Select a candidate].
SSO Identifier is only used if Click Boarding's SAML SSO is implemented. If the Click Boarding SAML SSO is not enabled for the client, this field will not show during the creation flow or on the View Candidate page. This field can be used as the nameId to uniquely identify a candidate in the SAML assertion. Please note that this value is not used in the Auth0 implementation of SAML SSO.
Example of SSO Identifier being added during candidate creation.
Team Member SSO Identifier Update
The SSO Identifier value can be added during the team member creation flow [Home -> Company -> Team Members -> Create Team Member] as well as updated from the Edit Team Member page [Home -> Company -> Team Members -> Select a team member].
SSO Identifier is only used if Click Boarding's SAML SSO is implemented. If the Click Boarding SAML SSO is not enabled for the client, this field will not show during the creation flow or on the Edit Team Member page. This field can be used as the nameId to uniquely identify a candidate in the SAML assertion. Please note that this value is not used in the Auth0 implementation of SAML SSO.

Team Member-Limited User Role Update
Team Members with Limited access have access to Locations, Team Members, Process Flows, and Status filters under Candidate List [Home -> Candidate List] in the Admin Portal.
Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
Employers can continue to use the existing Form I-9 after its current expiration date of 10/31/2022 until further notice.
