Updated Permission for Limited Read Only Access Level

Team Members with the Access Level of Limited Read Only (A.K.A. Client Manager) can complete HR facing forms in the Admin portal.

Updated Validation on Candidate Pages

Additional validation has been added to the View Candidate page [Home -> Candidate List -> Select Candidate -> Edit] and Create Candidate page [Home -> Candidate List -> Add Candidate]. Users will receive an error if any HTML is entered.
