Team Member Import Specifications

Use the Team Member Import Specifications to assist with filling out the Import Template.

Make sure to select Team Member from the drop down to view the appropriate Import Specifications.

Email Address	Text	Yes	Team Member's email address. Work email is recommended.	Text up to 100 characters.
First Name	Text	Yes	Team Member's first name.	Text up to 35 characters. Cannot contain html characters.
Last Name	Text	Yes	Team Member's last name.	Text up to 100 characters. Cannot contain html characters.
Username	Text	No	Team Member's username. Username must be unique. If blank, email will be used.	Text up to 254 characters. Cannot contain html characters.
SSO Identifier	Text	No	Used to identify a user if using SAML SSO.	Text up to 100 characters. Cannot contain html characters.
Source System Identifier	Text	No	Unique client provided ID Number.	Text up to 100 characters. Cannot contain html characters.
Access Level	Text	No	Team Member's assigned access level.	Text up to 30 characters
Brand	Text	No	Team Member's assigned brand. If blank, Primary brand will be used.	Text up to 32 characters
Access to All Locations	Text	No	Determines whether Team Member has access to all locations.	Must be either "Yes", "No" or blank.
Locations	Text	No	Team Member's assigned locations.	A semicolon (;) delimited list of locations.
Location Groups	Text	No	Team Member's assigned location groups.	A semicolon (;) delimited list of location groups.
Send First Time Login Link	Text	No	Determines whether welcome email is sent upon first login.	Must be either "Yes", "No" or blank.

Include all of the required fields in your import template. 

If using Unicode Characters save your file as CSV-UTF-8.

Be sure to use a (;) semicolon to separate location or location groups if importing multiple assignments for any Team Members. 

Import a maximum of 500 Team Members per import.

Do not use import to edit existing Team Members, import will add new Team Members only.
