The Action Center focuses on empowering HR team members by reducing noise and offering immediate updates. As a result, managers can quickly address delays or issues that employees may encounter during any milestone or transition within the employee journey.
With the updated Action Center, Team Members (functionality based on Access role) will be able to manage their action items in one place and also be able to enjoy these new features:
- Search by "Employee Name"
- Utilize the same grouping, sorting and filtering functionality as found in the Reporting Module
- See past due items highlighted in Red
- Easily identify and access Action items with less "clicks"
- Ability to see the Employee's current step in the Onboarding process.
This update was designed with HR professionals and Candidates in mind, to make the onboarding process easier and more efficient. We believe that this update will be a valuable addition to our platform and we are excited to see how our users will utilize it to improve their Onboarding processes!
