The Action Center focuses on empowering Admin team members by placing their to-do list in one central location and offering the ability to quickly complete forms and tasks. The Action Center is used to:
- Complete Admin facing forms
- Complete I-9 Section 2 and E-Verify (if using Click Boarding's embedded Form I-9 solution)
- Complete tasks
To navigate to the Action Center, select the Action Center card on the home screen or select the check mark icon in the left menu.
The Action Center uses the familiar grid design that is present throughout the platform. Users can filter and sort by:
- Employee Name – The employee’s full name
- Sorting- Last, First, Middle
- Filtering – Text using Contains
- Employee Email - The employee's email address
- Sorting – Text
- Filtering – Text using Contains
- Source System Id - A client defined identifier for the employee
- Sorting – Text
- Filtering – Text using Contains
- Process Flow– The Process Flow name the activity is a part of
- Sorting – Text
- Filtering – Pick list of Process Flows
- Employee Current Step – The step name of the step the employee is on in the process flow
- Sorting – Text
- Filtering – Pick list of steps
- Location – The location that is assigned to the employee during process flow assignment
- Display – Text
- Sorting – Text
- Filtering – Pick list of Locations
- HR Activity – The name of activity assigned to the HR Team Member or HR Team
- Sorting – Text
- Filtering – Pick list of Admin user/Team Member names
- Assigned To– Shows who is assigned to that HR Activity for the employee. This could be an individual or the HR Team.
- Sorting – Name
- Filtering – Pick list of Admin users plus "HR Team" for general assignments
- Due Date – The date the activity is due
- Sorting – Date
- Filtering - Date using Equals, Greater than, Less than, Not equal, In range Blank, Not blank
- Action Column– Click on "Complete" to begin completing a specific task or form. Click on "Review" to see a completed I-9 form indicating the E-verify form for that Employee is still outstanding.
By default, the Action Center is sorted by Due Date with the oldest activities at the top. Any activity that is overdue will be in red text.
Users can select the Employee's name to see more details on the employee or the Employee's current step to access the Employee Progress Tracker.
