Any task that needs to be completed by an Admin user/Team Member as part of an employee's process flow can be completed in the Action Center.
The tasks appear in linear order based on the steps of the Process Flow but can be completed in any order.
Tasks will not appear in the Action Center until the Employee reaches that step of the Process Flow.
Select "Complete Task" in the Action column to access the task. This will present the task checklist for the user to complete. After the form is completed, the activity is automatically removed from the Action Center.
Only the person that is assigned a task can view the task and mark it complete. The task assignee must log into Click Boarding to mark a task complete. Tasks and their completion do not impact the subsequent candidate or user steps.
For example, the employee can continue to complete all steps even if the internal tasks have not yet been completed. The process will be in a “Needs Attention” status until tasks are complete. The task will not be considered complete until all sub-tasks are marked complete. The process will not complete until all tasks are completed.
