Any form that needs to be completed by an Admin user/Team Member as part of an employee's process flow can be completed in the Action Center.
The forms appear in linear order based on the steps of the Process Flow but can be completed in any order.
Forms will not appear in the Action Center until the Employee reaches that step of the Process Flow.
Select "Complete Form" in the Action column to access the form. This will present the form in a full screen modal for the user to complete. After the form is completed, the activity is automatically removed from the Action Center.
Select "Complete I-9" or "Complete E-Verify" to complete Form I-9 Section 2 or E-Verify (if using Click Boarding's embedded Form I-9 solution). The Form I-9 Section 2 activity will remain in the Action Center if the Form I-9 Section 2 has been complete for an employee, but the E-Verify has not.
Completed forms can be access via the Employee List.
