The below emails are offered to clients who are configured for Offboarding.  Note that all Employee Offboarding emails are translated in the following languages: Bulgarian, German, British English, Mexican Spanish, Spanish, Canadian French, French, Hungarian, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Portuguese, Chinese - Simplified, Thai, Filipino, Hindi, and Malay. These additional emails can be added based on your preference.  Please reach out to our support team to add additional emails in any of the above languages to your instance.

• Candidate Approaching Due Date - Offboarding (Email to notify employees their process flow due date is approaching).
• Candidate Past Due Notice - Offboarding (Email to notify employees their process is overdue).
• Candidate Portal Invite - Offboarding (Email to invite employees into the Offboarding portal).
