Many issues experienced by users related to non-system issues can easily be resolved by clearing out the internet browser's cache and cookies and restarting, or by using an alternative web browser.
If E-Verify won't submit:
- Please confirm that the hire date is after* the date the client began using E-Verify (This does not apply to clients who are Federal Contractors with the FAR Clause).
- Please confirm that the client is registered for the E-Verify service.
- Possible E-Verify outage, DHS will notify Form I-9 Compliance accordingly and Form I-9 Compliance will notify Click Boarding of any planned or current outages. Click Boarding will then notify all clients.
*The E-Verify button to submit in I-9 section 2 will not be available if the hire date is prior to company set up for E-Verify.
