February 15, 2022 Release Notes

Overview

The Production environment will be down for scheduled maintenance and the promotion of new code on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 starting at 12:00AM CST. 

Special Announcement

Click Boarding will begin a security update this Sunday, February 20, 2022, starting at 8:00PM CST. While this is a no-downtime release, users can expect to experience degraded performance during this time.

New Features

Click Boarding is excited to announce that we've added support for a new access level called Limited Assign Only that can be assigned to new or existing team members!

The Limited Assign Only access level grants the team member access to the Action Center and Candidate List, but, will only display candidates within their assigned locations where they fulfill one of the three process flow roles: Hiring Manager, Recruiter, or Coordinator. Limited Assign Only users will not see all candidates within their assigned locations.

Before updating an existing user from Limited or Full to Limited Assign Only, be sure to

• Confirm candidates have the team member assigned as one of the three process flow roles: Hiring Manager, Recruiter, or Coordinator
• Review existing process flow configurations

Updates

• Improved Team Member page performance
• Started migrating the candidate portal to Vue

Click Boarding will release Symmetry's 2022-R2a to our Production environment no later than February 18, 2022. This will be a no-downtime release and should not impact users in the Production environment.
