• How do I find my Microsoft tenant Entra Id?
  • To find your Microsoft Entra tenant ID please reference Microsoft's documentation. Note this may require assistance from your organization's IT department.
• Can the application be enabled in UAT?
  • Unfortunately it cannot be. Microsoft only allows production applications on their Teams store.
• How do I install the Click Boarding app on Teams?
  • Please reference the following articles:

    • Employee: How to Install the Click Boarding Employee Teams Application
• How do users sign in?
  • Upon downloading the application users will complete a sign in form. Use your existing Click Boarding credentials to access the application.
• Can I use both the Teams applications and the web applications?
  • Yes! Using the Teams applications does not mean you lose access to the web applications.
• Will my progress / changes made in the Teams application(s) immediately show in the web application(s)?
  • Yes - everything syncs in real time between the Teams and web versions of Click Boarding
• Are there any limitations using the Teams applications?
  • Admin: Currently the Admin Teams application allows users to use the full functionality of the Action Center and Employee List
  • Employee: All features and functionality of the web application are present in the Employee applications
  • NOTE: Because the applications are in Microsoft Teams the most common use cases are going to be for employees and not candidates.
• Can I customize the app logo, name, etc. in Teams?
  • Yes! You can customize:
    • Name
    • Short Description
    • Long Description
    • Small Icon
    • Large Icon
    • Accent Color
