We have addressed an issue where the "WH" prefix set as part of the stateEIN in the registration was causing the form to print an additional "WH" on Form HW-4. This was causing the truncation of the last two digits from the state EIN on the form. This fix ensures that when "WH" is included as part of the stateEIN in the registration, it is ignored, preventing duplication and truncation.
