Miscellaneous
Standardized Language
We have standardized the language surveys throughout the product. Previously, the language survey for Federal and other state forms displayed the option to complete the form in Spanish, worded in Spanish; while some surveys (like the ones for Wisconsin and Oregon) displayed the option to complete the Spanish form, but worded in English.
The language surveys are now aligned throughout the product. The user will be asked if they would like to complete the form in English, as well as the alternative option to complete the form in Spanish, with that option worded in Spanish. This change ensures consistency and improves the customer experience.
Federal flow - corrected Spanish character
We have corrected a broken Spanish character on survey question 1 of the Federal guided flow. Previously, the "ñ" character was broken in the word "Español" in the second survey option. This survey option will now properly reflect the "ñ" character.
PA114 Form submission error corrected
We’ve resolved an issue on the PA CLGS-32-6 (PA114) form related to how the work PSD code field was being validated. Previously, this field allowed users to submit invalid blank values, which caused errors during form submission. The field now validates correctly to ensure the form can be submitted successfully.
Automatic county selection added for IN101 and MD101
We are introducing an enhancement that allows us to derive and return the appropriate county for the Indiana IN101 and Maryland MD101 forms. For work or home locations within Maryland or Indiana, we will populate the new homeCountyName and workCountyName fields using geocoding. This is similar to the previously existing behavior of populating the school district name and code on the Ohio form OH101, and populating the psd code and municipality information on the Pennsylvania form PA114.
This enhancement reduces the chance of employee-selected errors and minimizes rework, offering a smoother, more reliable form-completion experience.
