On the Candidate List page, click the orange Add Candidate button:
Enter all the candidate information.
- First Name
- Middle Name (optional)
- Last Name
- Email: This is where all candidate emails will be directed.
- Phone Number (optional)
- SSO Identifier (if SSO is set up)
Select a Location. This is the location the candidate will be working. After you select a location, more options are displayed.
Select a Process Flow.
The Candidate Due Date and Due Date are populated automatically based on the Process Flow selected. The Candidate Due Date is the date for the candidate to complete all of their activities. The default is seven days from date of candidate entry. The Due Date is the date for the entire process flow to be complete (including internal activities). The default is 14 days from date of candidate entry. You can edit these at this point. Once completed the system can not update the due dates (this feature is coming soon)
Select the candidate's Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or Coordinator with the drop down menu. The list pulls from the Team members who have been added to the system in the Team Member section
Click the blue Create button to add the candidate to the system.
