The Employee Due Date is entered when adding or editing a Employee and is the date for the candidate to complete all of their activities.
If the candidate has not completed their process flow by the assigned due date, they will show as "Needs Attention" in the Employee list.
The Employee Due Date default setting is seven days from date of Employee entry.
Example: Sam David is starting on April 27th. You would like the candidate to complete all of their activities (e.g. personal information, W-4, Section 1 of I-9, etc.), by April 23rd. You would like to complete the remaining internal activities by April 16th. In this example, Employee Due Date will be April 16th. The due date will be April 23rd.
