Overview
The Employee Progress tracker (Sometimes referred to as the "grapevine" or "pizza tracker") lets you view the progress of an employee's process(es). From here you can download forms, reset forms, and complete Admin facing forms.
Navigation
The Employee Progress Tracker is available in three locations in the Admin Portal. All operate the same.
Action Center
- Select the Action Center
- Select Employee Current Step
Employee List
- Select the Employee List
- Select the name of the Process Flow
Employee Profile
- Select the Employee List
- Select the name of the Employee
- Select the Process Flows tab
- Select View Progress
Understanding the Employee Progress Tracker
At the top of the Employee Progress Tracker are all process flows the employee has been assigned. Select the process flow you wish to review.
Each process flow is broken up into steps. These are represented by the circles.
Steps are broken into 4 statuses
- Complete - Represented by a blue fill with white text
- In Progress - Represented by a white fill with blue text
- Not Started - Represented by a gray fill and gray text
- Needs Admin Attention - Represented by a white fill and orange text
Select the step to view all forms that make up the step. Note that emails are not included. From this view you can do the following:
- View and download a completed form - Represented by a filled sheet of paper icon
- Complete an Admin form - Represented by an empty sheet of paper icon
- Reset a form - Represented by the Reset button
Tasks are represented by a hexagon below the main step. The icon can be selected to view the items in the task and reassign a task. Currently tasks cannot be completed from the Employee Progress Tracker.
