To add an email to a step:
- Navigate to the Processes list
- Select the Name of the process you wish to edit
- Select Add Activities
- Select Emails
- Select the check box next to the email you want to add (multiple can be selected at once)
- Select Next
- Select who should receive this email
- You can select multiple recipients but note that each recipient will receive the email separately
- You can also add emails by entering the email and selecting Add
- Select Update
