Adding a Step Event

Step Events are driven by a trigger within a specific step. They can be set up while Adding a Step or Editing a Step.

On the Processes page, click View.

Click the Action Menu to the left of the step name.

Click Edit.

 

There are four types of Step Events available here: 

• Send an Email
• Set a Milestone
• Process Action
• Initiate a Screening Order
