Securing online accounts is more important than ever, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides an extra layer of protection. This article will guide you through the process of signing in with MFA when the additional form of authentication is text message, ensuring your information stays safe from unauthorized access.
Please note that text message may not be an available factor based on the client configuration.
If you live outside of the USA we recommend using Authenticator application or email for MFA. Some carriers will block USA numbers resulting in the code not sending.
Signing in with Text Message MFA
- If this is the user's first-time logging in, they will select SMS/Text from Select Multi-Factor Authentication Method

- Click Submit

- Enter a mobile phone number

- Click Send Code

The code will be sent to the phone number entered. IMPORTANT - Do NOT share your code with anyone else

Enter the code

Click Verify

If the code provide was valid, the user will be automatically logged in at this point. If the code was invalid the user will receive an error.
