Click Boarding's Production environment will be down for scheduled maintenance and the promotion of new code on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, starting at 12:00 a.m. CDT.

Admin UI

Employee List

• Updated the Employee List to use an infinite scroll grid to improve performance
• Updated the default sorting of the Employee List to be by employee create date to improve performance 
• Updated the Employee List to no longer show records who have had all their process flows archived
• Updated the Grapevine so that users can download forms from canceled process flows
• Adjusted the alignment of step names in the Grapevine to be centered

Team Member List

• Updated the Team Member list based on client feedback to include more data points and an export option
  • Fields now include: Name, Username, Email, SSO Identifier, Source System Identifier, Access Level, Locations, Location Groups, and Status
  • Note that with this change assigning a Team Member access to "All" locations is now done through the Location Group assignment instead of the Location assignment

Admin Form Completion

• Resolved an issue with Admin forms where masking (e.g. replacing the digits in an SSN with *) was causing the field to unexpectedly clear values unless the max amount of characters was entered
• Updated the error messages on Admin forms when a Youtube link is invalid to be more meaningful

Form Builder

• Resolved an issue where in some instances information updated when copying a form was not reflecting on the newly created form
• Updated the spacing between buttons in the Collect Information section of the form builder

Locations

• Updated inactive locations to be read only instead of producing an error when attempting to update

General

• Updated input fields on creation and edit screens to enforce limits so that users cannot enter past the max number of characters
• Disabled the Save and Submit buttons after first click to avoid unintended consquences associated with multiple clicks
• Updated dropdowns to use the same font weight as input fields
• Updated instances of "Candidate" to "Employee" across the system
• Improved the look and feel of icons on tablets
