Admin Portal
- Added the ability to view forms in the Admin portal with the white label configurations
- Simply select the color palette icon in the top right and select the brand you want to view
- Added tooltips to the Brands settings to help note what each field drives
- Updated the Access Levels modal to have more consistent capitalization
- Resolved an issue where the Team Member list was not consistently updating to reflect changes
- Resolved an issue where some users could not scroll past the first ten or so rows on the Forms & Content list
- Resolved an issue where including multiple external emails (e.g. an email other than Employee, Hiring Manager, Coordinator, or Recruiter) in the email setup for a process flows would cause tokens (personalized data) to not send
- Resolved an issue where blank headers on an SFTP import would cause the whole file to fail. Now the blanks are ignored.
Employee Portal
- Updated the layout for Home, Work, and Mailing addresses to better support address autocomplete which will be released in the near future. The order will now be:
- Country
- Address
- Apartment, suite, etc.
- City / Town
- State / Province / Region
- Zip Code
- Resolved an issue where the All Done message was prematurely appearing when a record had two or more process flows assigned and they completed the first one
