White Label the Employee Portal

We’re excited to introduce White Labeling for the Employee Portal! With the improved Brands configurations, you can fully customize the Employee Portal with your organization’s branding. From your logo to your brand colors, create a tailored look and feel! This ensures employees engage with a platform that feels like an extension of your company, building trust and reinforcing your culture from first interactions. These improvements are available to all clients and can be accessed by any Team Member with the "Can add, edit, and delete Brands" permission. Simply navigate to Compnay -> Brands and start exploring! Please visit the Resource Center for more information.

Click Boarding Admin Application in Microsoft Teams

We are excited to announce that the Click Boarding Admin portal is now available within Microsoft Teams! Effortlessly navigate the familair Action Center to complete critical tasks and forms right where your work happens. Instantly monitor employee progress, manage your workforce with a few clicks, and stay in the loop with real-time Activity Feed notifications that boost both awareness and operational efficiency. Admin Portal

• Resolved a bug where validation messages were overlapping with field headers in the following locations:
  • Selection from List in the form builder
  • Collection setup in the form builder
  • Personal Information in the employee profile

Employee Portal

• To support white labeling we have made the following changes:
  • Removed the wave background and made the homepage design more neutral
  • Updated the background of input fields, including E-Signature, to be white
  • Update the primary and secondary action buttons to be more consistent throughout the employee experience
  • Standardized the styling and formatting across all areas E-Signature is collected
  • Adjusted the colors of step icons to have a gray background instead of blue
  • Updated the "All done..." message that appears when two or more process flows are assigned and the first is finished to be a popup.

The Click Boarding team is currently hard at work on an Admin email builder and a tool to help you customize the employee portal to better meet your brand standards!
