Adjusted UAT Release Date
The Click Boarding team will be participating in an all company event November 17 through 19. We will be adjusting our Monday, November 17 UAT release to Saturday, November 15. This will not impact any other releases.
Admin Portal
Email Builder in Beta Testing in UAT
We’re excited to announce that our new Email Builder is now in beta testing in UAT! You can now build emails in minutes without relying on technical support. Customize welcome emails, reminders, or any other email content you want! To explore the feature simply navigate to Processes & Content and select Emails. This menu item is available by default to Full users and can be added to any custom access level.
- Added Start and Termination date as standard fields
- These can be added to data entry forms by selecting the Employment tile when collecting information
- The data can be retrieved via the Candidates/{id} - GET and SFTP Exports
- The data can be added to employee records via the Candidates - POST and Candidates/{id} - PATCH
- Future releases will allow for the ability to edit in Admin UI, SFTP Import, and Bulk Import
- Resolved an issue where Admin users would get an error when selecting the grapevine if two or more Equifax I-9s had been started for an employee
- Updated our access denied pages for when a user attempts to manually navigate to a part of the Admin application they do not have access to
Employee Portal
- Address Autocomplete has been put into beta testing in UAT for the Click standard fields Home, Work, and Mailing address
- If the user has selected the United States or Canada as their country, when users start typing their address they will recieved suggestions
- Updated the upload icon on Document Upload activities in the Employee Portal to match our standard upload icon
- Updated the Employee Portal homepage card widths on mobile for a better experience
- Updated the Employee Portal homepage card sizes to match the largest card in the row
- Resolved an issue where when using a dark background color, the data labels for popups (e.g. direct deposit) were not visible
- Resolved an issue where when using a dark background color, the border for fields set as Multiple Lines of Text disappeared

The Click Boarding team is currently hard at work building an AI assistant for the Employee Portal as well as adding the ability for Admin users to add their E-Signature to forms!
