Click Boarding's Production environment will be down for scheduled maintenance and the promotion of new code on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, starting at 12:00 a.m. CST.

Adjusted UAT Release Date

The Click Boarding team will be participating in an all-company event November 17 through 19. We will be adjusting our Monday, November 17 UAT release to Saturday, November 15. This will not impact any other releases. 

Admin Portal

Email Builder Go-Live

We’re excited to announce that our new Email Builder is live in Production! You can now build emails in minutes without relying on technical support. Customize welcome emails, reminders, or any other email content you want! To explore the feature simply navigate to Processes & Content and select Emails. This menu item is available by default to Full users and can be added to any custom access level.

Additional Admin Improvements

• Added Start and Termination Date to the employee profile page and Create Employee modal
• Added State and Federal EIN to the Location setup
  • State EIN uses the following regex for validation: ^[0-9a-zA-Z /_-]+$
  • Federal EIN uses the following regex for validation: ^[0-9]{2}[-]?[0-9]{7}$|^[0-9]{9}$
  • Location setup in UI has adjusted 

    

     
• When users select the Reporting menu item or homepage card they will now be directed to a reporting landing page where they can select which report they would like to access.
• Resolved an issue with fields configured as Selection from List where when you tried to delete items you would receive an incorrect validation message

Employee Portal

Address Autocomplete

Address Autocomplete is now live in Production for both the Employee Portal and Admin Portal! We have finalized beta testing and will be going live with Address Autocomplete in the US. We will add Canada with the next release. This functionality applies to the Click standard fields Home, Work, and Mailing address. If a user selects the United States as their country, when they start typing their address they will receive suggestions.

Additional Employee Portal Improvements

• Updated autofill to not change the data input color

The Click Boarding team is currently hard at work building an AI assistant for the Employee Portal as well as adding the ability for Admin users to add their E-Signature to forms!
