Colorado
Colorado Form W-4 (CO101)
When federal values are used for the Colorado Form W-4, the elected additional amount from the Federal W-4 (step 4c that maps to the FED.additionalFedWithholding tax parameter) will no longer be passed to the Colorado W-4 (additionalStateWithholding tax parameter). If the employee desires additional state withholding, they should complete Form DR 0004 (CO103).
Maine
Maine Guided Flow module updated
We've updated the Maine Flow module (ME_RESIDENT) so employees will be prompted to complete both Form W-4ME (ME101) and Form WHEX (ME102) when they select "Yes - I want to claim more personal allowances for Maine withholding purposes than for federal withholding." Previously, only Form WHEX (ME102) was displayed in this scenario.
Michigan
Form IT-4 (OH101) Ohio non-resident flow updated
We've updated the Ohio non-resident flow ("isResident": "false") when completing Form IT-4 (OH101) so it no longer requires the employee to enter the public school district of residence or the school district number. The OH.schoolDistrictNo tax parameter will remain "9999" upon form submission.
New Mexico
Federal values allowed for NM101
We've corrected an error that prevented users from submitting federal values for New Mexico Form W-4 (NM101). Users will now be able to set "adjustFederalValues" to false (QS4) and successfully submit the form to SPF.
New York
Form IT-2104 question validations updated
Lines 4 and 5 in the additional withholding section of Form IT-2104 are now required. Additionally, we've updated the validation message for line 3 to state "Please enter a valid dollar amount. If not applicable enter 0".
North Carolina
NC103 tax parameter catalog entry removed
We've removed the effectiveYear tax parameter from Form NC-4 NRA (NC103) because it does not map to this form. It remains on Form NC-4 EZ (NC 102). Please note that this tax parameter was never returned for form NC-4 NRA and we have only removed it from catalog.
Oregon
Form OR-W-4 (OR101) worksheet calculation corrected
We've corrected the rounding precision of the following calculated fields:
- B10 and B12 from "Worksheet B - Deductions, adjustments, credits, and nonwage income" rounds to the nearest dime ($0.10)
- C8 from "Worksheet C - Two-earners / multiple jobs" rounds to the nearest whole dollar ($1.00)
Pennsylvania
Form CLGS-32-6 validation updated
We've clarified the error message returned to an employee when a user attempts to complete Form CLGS-32-6 (PA114) using an address with a P.O. Box: "Pennsylvania form CLGS-32-6 requires physical resident and work addresses. P.O. Box, rural route, or rural delivery addresses are not allowed. Reach out to your employer to update address(es)." As stated on the Local Earned Income Tax Residency Certification Form, P.O. Boxes are not supported.
Previously, users would receive a "not eligible" message if they were attempting to complete the form in an iframe or continueIfUnsuccessful was set to false in the registration context.

Help text added to ME101 and MN103
We've added the following help text to line B of Form W-4ME (MN101) and line c of W-4MN Form (MN103): Selecting "1" will add an additional income tax withholding allowance for your spouse if you are filing jointly. Selecting "0" will not add an additional allowance, such as an individual who is single or not filing jointly.
