Form D-4 finalized PDF corrected
We've corrected an issue with Form D-4 (DC101) where the ZIP+4 code was being truncated on the finalized PDF (the dash before the last 4 digits of the ZIP+4 code was using a box, resulting in the final number being excluded from the finalized PDF). The dash will now be omitted from the ZIP+4 code on the finalized PDF. Note there is no change to the postback which was, and still is, properly returning the ZIP+4 code.

Wisconsin nonresident flow updated
The Wisconsin nonresident flow has been updated to more closely align with form instructions that indicate a Wisconsin nonresident should have the option to complete Form W-221 (WI107, Nonresident Military Spouse Withholding Exemption) as well as Form W-220 (WI103, Nonresident Employee's Withholding Reciprocity Declaration).
Previously, the Wisconsin nonresident flow started by directing the user to the Form W-220 (WI103).
We have now added a question set prior guiding the user to a form. QS1 will ask the user if they are a resident of a reciprocal state:
The user will then be taken through different survey questions to guide the user to complete the correct Wisconsin withholding form.
Miscellaneous
Flow navigation updated in specific multi-state scenario
We've improved the flow experience for employees when they live in ND and work in MN, NM, or KY. Previously in certain scenarios, users may have seen inconsistent behavior when navigating back to home after completing certain forms. Additionally, if a user starts a new flow after completing the federal W-4 and then navigates back to restart the federal flow, the user will now be directed to the beginning of the federal form. Previously, the application would skip to the finish page.
Local form status updated
As a result of an internal audit, the following forms are now designated as local forms: OR102, OR102SP, OR103, OR103SP, AR103, PA112, PA114.
