Form 673 (W6101) field corrected

We've corrected an error that prevented employees from successfully submitting Form 673 (W6101) if they entered a space instead of a valid country in the physical presence test residency field.

Hawaii

Help text added to Form HW-4 (HI101)

We've added the following help text to the filing status question (QS1) of Form HW-4 (HI101): "If you select that you are not subject to withholding as a Nonresident Military Spouse, you may be required to complete and provide form HW-6 (EMPLOYEE’S STATEMENT TO EMPLOYER CONCERNING NONRESIDENCE IN THE STATE OF HAWAII) to your employer to qualify for exemption from withholding."

Kansas

Form K-4 updated

The Kansas Department of Revenue has published a new version of Form K-4. Effective July 1, 2024, the following changes have been made to Form K-4:

• Revision date updated from "11-18" to "7-24"
• QR added to instructions
• Minor updates to language

New Mexico

NM Form W-4 Question set 4 updated

We made a minor text change to QS4 of NM101 when using Federal Values to improve readability. This adjustment does not alter the original purpose or intent of the question.

Pennsylvania

Form CLGS-32-6 PDF corrected

Form CLGS-32-6 will now correctly display the work address within the "Employer Information - Employment Location" section of the finalized PDF when a Pennsylvania work address is supplied.
