This release does not contain any form updates. There is a backend change to fix an encoding issue with a URL.

Upcoming changes in the next release

The changes below will be made to Form CLGS-32-6 (PA114) in our next release. 

• [SPF-4359] For resident addresses that are not geocoded using SLS or that have the webservice turned off: the "resident location PSD code" will return 0 instead of the current "880000" default value. Additionally, "resident county" will be blank.
• [SPF-4503] For work addresses outside of PA, "work location PSD code" will return 0 instead of the current "880000" default value. Additionally, "work county" will be blank.
